Grade 9: Identity & Belonging Retreat – “Beloved”

Theme: Discovering one’s identity in Christ and building community
Duration: 1-day, off-site

Objectives:

• Help students reflect on their unique identity as daughters of God
• Foster a sense of belonging within the class and school community
• Explore how faith can be a foundation for friendship and purpose

Grade 10: Leadership Retreat – “Called to Lead”

Theme: Christian servant leadership and responsibility
Duration: 1-day, off-campus

Objectives:

• Explore leadership in the spirit of Jesus (servant leadership)
• Empower students to recognize their gifts and potential
• Encourage students to step into roles of influence and example

Grade 11: Road to Emmaus Retreat – “Hearts on Fire”

Theme: Encountering Christ in daily life and recognizing His presence
Duration: Overnight retreat, off-campus

Objectives:

• Reflect on personal faith journeys and moments of doubt
• Deepen understanding of Christ’s presence in life’s journey
  • Ignatian spirituality themes of consolation and desolation
• Build deeper peer-to-peer faith community

Grade 12: Kairos Retreat – “God’s Time”

Theme: Reflection, reconciliation, and relationship with God, self, and others
Duration: 4-day, 3-night off-campus retreat

Objectives:

• Create space for deep reflection on life, faith, and future
• Foster authentic relationships and peer support
• Invite seniors to recognize and accept God’s unconditional love

Campus Ministry Leadership Team (CMLT)

The CMLT exists to empower students to lead and serve their school community through faith formation, Christian service, liturgical ministry, and retreats in the spirit of the Gospel and Catholic Social Teaching.

Class Chaplains

The Class Chaplain is an adult leader (faculty or staff member) selected to serve as a spiritual role model and faith companion to a specific class at OLT. Rooted in the mission of the school and the values of the Catholic faith, the chaplain assists the Campus Ministry Team to foster a culture of prayer, service, reflection, and community. The chaplain collaborates in order to help animate the spiritual life of the class and encourage participation in the school’s liturgical, service, and pastoral opportunities.
