Alumna Spotlight: Dalia Almanza '04
A Global Perspective
Alumna and Advisory Board member, Dalia Almanza '04, is doing BIG things! She is part of the Baumhart Scholars Program, a highly selective, cohort-based MBA for working professionals. The program runs through Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business.
We got the chance to catch up with Dalia after she returned from a trip to Southeast Asia.
"As a Baumhart Scholar I'm nearing the finish line of my MBA journey. This transformative program for working professionals like me has fueled my desire to excel in my career while simultaneously driving positive change. This May, I'll proudly walk across the stage, armed with the knowledge and network to make a real difference."
"My desire for global perspectives led me to Southeast Asia this January, where I embarked on a two-week immersive experience studying Comparative Consumer Behavior and Marketing. Immersing myself in the vibrant cultures of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Beyond captivating landscapes and delicious cuisines, it was the human connections that truly resonated. Learning about their rich traditions and listening to their personal stories of resilience, are the memories that will forever inspire me to lead with empathy and purpose."
Dalia works for the Thierer Family Foundation, Community Engagement Manager under their non profit, Vivery Community.
Keep up the amazing work, Dalia. Tepeyac is so proud of you.
